Pros

Great pay, benefits, and advancement opportunity if you're willing to work into a management level job, other workers were underpaid however. Learned a great deal while here that has helped me in a variety of different roles.

Cons

Long hours, no weekends off unless you take vacation time. Upper management was very disconnected from the store level. Very hard to hire new employees due to pay rate being significantly below that of other local employers, rather than work on a plan to fix this issue, additional pressure was put on store management to fill gaps.
