+ Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonus + Excellent Employee Discount + Diverse + Growth Potential for the Hard Working

Cons

- Assistant Managers are mandatory 50+ hours a week which can easily lead to an imbalanced home life. - Managers are salaried at 40 hours a week. Rarely will you see them 40 hours a week. This doesn't seem fair, since they make two to four times more than their assistants. - Health Benefits are way too pricey for mediocre coverage. - No compensation for job relocation.
