      Absolutely no pros at all

      Cons

      DM doesn’t like women. Doesn’t allow you to run the store because he constantly micro manages. Let’s make employees sexually harass female employees. 1 day off a week. 12 hour shifts. Discrimination based off of pregnancy. Absolutely horrible experience

      Long hours, weekends → poor work-life balance High stress from sales & collection pressure Inconsistent or micromanaging management Pay often feels low for workload Physically demanding (deliveries, field work) Limited growth; high turnover
