Pros

Great Base & Up Front Guarantee. You get great training in Chicago too.

Cons

The training has nothing to do with your role. The company is dishonest and is only looking to become the pay day lone company to the Restaurant Industry.

One of the values we’ve placed at the center of our business — both for our employees and our clients — is transparency. For our sales force, we offer a competitive base salary, bonus and commissions, a vehicle allowance, and a focused training program — all laid out in the recruitment process. We also pride ourselves on helping our restaurant customers achieve their goals by providing cash-flow friendly capital options while delivering high-value marketing on their behalf. We provide detailed reports to them on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure that everything we do is transparent and benefiting their business. And the 80% retention rate of long-standing clients who take advantage of our financing and marketing services is something we’re deeply proud of.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.

Pros

Strong product offering with a clear value proposition for restaurant partners. Opportunities to learn complex sales processes, partnerships, and restaurant industry dynamics.

Cons

Workloads and competing priorities will limit individualized mentorship and team engagement. Employee development and career growth planning will feel inconsistent outside of annual review.
