      The small (but better than nothing) monthly restaurant dining expense was covered by the employer.

      Cons

      Everything else. Shady switch-and-bait tactics on small restaurant owners who get financially screwed by RN.

      Pros

      Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

      Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
