Pros

Friendly coworkers, flexible hours can work from home

Cons

Not even sure where to begin Rewards Network is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for! Let me start off by saying good luck getting a call back from anyone in upper management especially Human Resources! I worked for Rewards Network for more then 2 years and have never had a worse experience anywhere! Management changes every few months, noone has any idea whats going on and everyone pushes job responsibilites onto other people. If you have a question or are the type of person who likes to speak up do not work here Rewards Network doesnt listen to anyone and trys to silence you when you have a valid complaint. Rewards products are getting worse and worse and they keep changing the products that work instead of fixing the ones that dont. Underwriting is so hard because the company wont approve almost any deals. I was a sales rep and could never do my job because every deal was denied. At Rewards Network you are not allow to network or talk to former employees I guess because they dont want you finding out what is on the other side. I heard Rewards is downsizing tremendously and I can see why. They have gone through 3 ceos in 2 years and rightfully so. Anyone in their right mind who started this job would see how disorganized it is right away and leave!

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.

Pros

Strong product offering with a clear value proposition for restaurant partners. Opportunities to learn complex sales processes, partnerships, and restaurant industry dynamics.

Cons

Workloads and competing priorities will limit individualized mentorship and team engagement. Employee development and career growth planning will feel inconsistent outside of annual review.
