      Great Department, Great Manager, Great Co-workers

      Uncertainty of your future, discouraging on the honesty and integrity of the leadership. I have been with RN almost 5 years and If a young lady who was vibrant, smart and a hard worker left without an ounce of notice or an reason to why have me questioning myself as why I’m still there. This young lady was humble and fair and this have me puzzled. Which lead me to believe something transpired and she just was at her last string and decided to leave. Integrity

      Pros

      Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

      Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
