Used to be a great place to work, now there is no real incentive to stay. - Anonymous employee Rewards Network Employee Review

Pros

There are not many pros, the good employees have either left or been let go. When a valued employee voiced an opinion that the managers didn't agree with they were labeled as "trouble makers" and soon dismissed.

Cons

Some of the IT directors seem to be out of touch with reality. They pass off ideas from subordinates as there own. One or two of them are out of their depth as to what their subordinates skill sets are. The only way to get the correct information to the board is to go around the directors, however then the label of trouble maker is soon applied.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.

Pros

Strong product offering with a clear value proposition for restaurant partners. Opportunities to learn complex sales processes, partnerships, and restaurant industry dynamics.

Cons

Workloads and competing priorities will limit individualized mentorship and team engagement. Employee development and career growth planning will feel inconsistent outside of annual review.
