Pros

Total autonomy. If you put the work in, you will get the results.

Cons

Some miscommunication between sales and operations. Are not compatible with a couple major credit card processors which brings unneeded difficulty to the prospecting efforts.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
