Pros

- Benefits - Flexible schedule - Great compensation - Unique product - Restaurant owners are amazing

Cons

I have been in this position for many years and it seems to be like many managerial changes are happening. I have started to be micromanaged even though I am performing above average. Changes to our compensation plan are lowering my commissions. Approvals have gotten extremely strict in some areas of the country and other areas seem to still be lenient. Seems to be a lot of inconsistency lately.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
