Pros

At the time that I worked there, training was top tier and management was awesome. The pay is good and the opportunity to make money is there. You have to put the work in.

Cons

Some areas are more receptive than others- not a company issue.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
