Pros

None. Leaving the building was the best part of my day. I also trauma-bonded with coworkers who have become friends.

Cons

The pay is well below average (even lower for BIPOC). There are no opportunities for advancement for minorities. Each department is full of micro-managers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback- we value open communication and take feedback seriously, as it helps us continue to grow and improve as an organization. We are deeply committed to fostering a collaborative environment where every team member can do their best work. Regarding your comment about compensation, we regularly benchmark our pay against the market to ensure we remain competitive. We do a thorough review annually and our most recent analysis confirms that our pay ranges are not below market average for similar roles. When it comes to career advancement, we are proud that our internal data shows that we promote a higher percentage of employees than market average (20% of employees who have completed one year with RN were promoted in the last 12 months alone!) That promotional rate is the same across various demographics and one group is not advancing at a higher rate. We remain dedicated to providing equal opportunities for all employees and are always looking for ways to further support professional growth. We also encourage all employees to reach out directly to the People team or management with suggestions or concerns- we’re committed to ensuring RN is a place where everyone can thrive.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.

Pros

Strong product offering with a clear value proposition for restaurant partners. Opportunities to learn complex sales processes, partnerships, and restaurant industry dynamics.

Cons

Workloads and competing priorities will limit individualized mentorship and team engagement. Employee development and career growth planning will feel inconsistent outside of annual review.
