Pros

Fantastic benefits, committed coworkers, positive and friendly environment. Lots to enjoy and plenty of room to carve a niche or specialization, as well as jump onto projects that interest you.

Cons

Sometimes too much iteration and not enough execution/delivery. Forced to suffer the pain of delivering broken products to live environments. The few people who do seem to exploit the culture appear able to do so without consequence, but fortunately seem to mostly do it for their gain, not other peoples' detriment.

Pros

Passionate co-workers who are all hyper talented, amazing fringe benefits, work/life balance, dedicated managers to help you with your career, and passionate players to serve.

Cons

Egos are rewarded you have to be really good at self promotion, the company is so big that you can feel lost if you don't invest in networking often, layoffs happen at Riot now

Pros

Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

Cons

Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
