Pros

The company keeps true in striving to be the most player-focused company in the world, even in the corporate functions. People here are genuinely good people who want to do the best that they can in their role, for the company and players. People want colleagues who can level up the company/team, even when that means they would be considered a lower level.

Cons

Due to high standards of candidates, some teams are under-staffed. The company is still growing tremendously so the company is evolving continuously. It's hard to keep up with all of the changes when a lot of the departments do their own things.

Pros

Passionate co-workers who are all hyper talented, amazing fringe benefits, work/life balance, dedicated managers to help you with your career, and passionate players to serve.

Cons

Egos are rewarded you have to be really good at self promotion, the company is so big that you can feel lost if you don't invest in networking often, layoffs happen at Riot now

Pros

Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

Cons

Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
