The employee discount is great and you get to learn a lot about the ins-and-outs of the company. They expect a lot from their employees but it can be very rewarding if you’re up for the challenge.
Cons
If you have poor upper management, it can make your job stressful and overwhelming. Communication between head office and store employees can be improved.
