JOKES of raises. since 2020 the avg is between 1-3% cost of living has went up over 20% overall nationally since 2020. a 2 second google search shows they pay 20k lower than the avg salary in most states. the only way to make a livable wage is to change jobs every year or every other year
1. a lot of hiring of friends over qualified people for promotions. example a master's degree with the same level of experience shouldn't be pushed aside and work under someone who's clueless
2. filed numerous ethics complaints with PROOF, got told its unsubstantiated. and I got forced out my role right after despite being a high yield performer.
3. when you do change jobs your lied to about the role, and once you take it your role changes and workload doubles with no salary change.
4. when you voice concerns upper management fakes empathy
5. moving jobs or teams is impossible anymore. require a lot of certs. i have 80k in education i don't need 5k more in certs
6, reimbursement process sucks and its all politics if you get it or not
7. you get attacked for having neurodivergent minds (ADHD autism etc)
8. you keep getting more and more dumped on you with ZERO pay increases or incentives
9. Insurance is overpriced garbage. I've worked for worse places with better insurance
