      -Solid product -great market position -still has some small company feel

      Cons

      -This is the classis company that raves in meetings about how much they care about their employees. Until the stock drops that is, and then they care about the employees they want to keep. - Very rigid to what's worked in the past and struggling to adapt to technology changes - easily replaceable product that is getting more and more commoditized
