      Caring atmosphere for pts and employees,set policies and procedures in place,organized .they have a good orientation and training for new employees

      Cons

      Poor recruiters,will not negotiate with,hard to get call back or initial response when you first apply. Exclusive choice has poor dr selection for my area

      Good pay Friendly Coworkers Ability to change things to better the work environment

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive to other hospitals outside of SSM or even some retail locations Sometimes outside management makes changes with no clear directive or reasoning
