Positive atmosphere, plenty of growth opportunities, tons of resources to help you complete your tasks or grow your career. This is a great place to grow and you really get to know insurance. The company takes your feedback seriously and focuses on making sure your needs are met while maintaining a good company growth. Pay is the best I have ever encountered for this type of work and well worth it.

Old programs, IT seems to be lacking and you will learn what changes occur as it has already been implemented so you feel like you are behind the ball at all times. Communication between different departments is virtually non existent.
