Pros
Only perk is if your a full time employee and you get paid holidays, benefits are good. You will never get a full time position unless you want to be a manager.
Cons
Oh so many, bitter staff that hate their jobs, managers who are lazy and do not back up staff, union protects people who really should get fired. You will never get full time unless you take a non existent manager position. You have to commit a full open schedule even though you won't get hours, stay away!!
