      Pros

      Great work place with a good history. They promoted within the company and many people have been there for a long time.

      Cons

      Our call center in Phoenix was laid off after the Albertsons merger went through. Other than the abrupt end of employment I loved the company. We even got a severance package.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
