Pros
It was a family friendly company; they at least tried for work-life balance, promoted health and fitness, diversity, gender equality, sustainability, green solutions, and so on. That's all changed since the corporate merger.
Cons
Since the merger it has become a lean, travel-heavy environment. If you're comfortable with 50-75% travel, the newly merged company may be a good fit for you.
