      Great availably flexibility, some of the nicest coworkers, conviene to shop before or after shifts, employee discount.

      Broken management ladder for communication, micromanaging, rude customers, not all coworkers putting equal effort in.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
