      + Great benefits + Good pay compared to market + Stable work environment + Run by accountants, never going to take big risks which is good and bad + Is an acquisiotn company, it will buy market share

      - Red Tape - Takes a long time for anything to happen - Competitors moving at a much faster pace

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
