Pros

The colleagues are amazing.!The team spirit is great which is even more impressive given the circumstances. Volunteering opportunities (5 days a year)

Cons

Where to start? The management tells promise after promise and nothing ever happens. For example: They founded the "Kaizen"-Team which should collect feedback and act on this feedback. The initial presentation of the feedback was very unsatisfying and questions were not answered. After that it was never heard of the team again. Despite the obvious problems the management seems to ignore them and is hoping everyone else does the same. Top management in the CBC changed a lot in recent month and the current one seems more interested in getting out instead of trying to improve things.

Thanks for your feedback and we agree Sage colleagues are fantastic and really pleased to hear the team in Dublin are too. Management has been restructured within the team to allow for better communication, with internal promotions of Team leaders. The Kaizen team is a staff forum and are open with feedback. We will share your feedback with them as they endeavour to voice concerns. We truly believe we have some very talented people that are working closely together with management to make Sage a great place to work. We will continue to ensure this happens.
