      Pros

      Lots of knowlegeble people who are more than willing to help you answer any questions with regard to the softward. Also they start you off with 3 weeks of vacation per year. They have a great benfits package as well.

      Cons

      Not much room to advance as far as going into management. Being tethered to a phone all day sucks. Also getting bad reviews from customers who had a bad day or who were just not nice people was not cool.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
