      Pros

      A great work environment for all stages in anyone's career. Excellent company for growth. Stable place for employees raising families. Opportunities for advancement and experience working with top talents in the industry and technology sector. Of my 30 years in the valley (I am on my second career at Sage Intacct now after 22 years in marketing communications) I have always been lucky to work alongside the c-suite executives from small to large corporations. I have found the execs I work with at Sage Intacct the best, bar none.

      Cons

      No cons here. But I do have a short wish list of additional benefits, perks and perhaps a closer review of competitive compensation within the valley.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
