Pros

There are a few talented and friendly people on the team who make the day-to-day experience better. The salary is competitive, and you might get lucky with a supportive manager who’s genuinely invested in helping you grow. "Pioneer Fridays" are a refreshing break, offering chances to work on innovative ideas and personal development. The company also provides foundation days and learning days, which can be beneficial for developing new skills and the local community.

Cons

The SBC architecture team and platform team operate like a "boys club," resistant to new ideas and exclusive in their decision-making, which limits innovation and feels isolating for others. Project work isn’t especially engaging, and while there’s a bonus structure, it’s rarely paid out in full, which is demotivating. The CPO often comes across as arrogant, particularly when making company announcements, which affects morale. The number of office days is increased by company-wide policy changes each year.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
