I have been working at Salesforce full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

The company culture of giving back cannot be beat. It's an incredibly supportive place to work and you get time off to volunteer; one of the best benefits there can be.

Cons

Lack of diversity in management, especially C-Suite. Retention of people of color is appalling. It's hard to find a person of color who is an a management-level or higher position.

Advice to Management

Find ways to engage employees of color, promote them so they have hiring decisions and can make Salesforce a more inclusive environment.

    Pros

    Amazing technology that provides real-world, front-office and back-office solutions to significantly improve customer engagement and business process management/execution. Einstein for real-time intelligence, with enable next-best actions/offers across all channels with intelligent virtual assistants. A company that works to truly provide solutions as well as meeting the needs of employees, customers and communities. Amazing programs to give-back to communities and meet the needs of the underprivileged.

    Advice to Management

    While they provide great trailblazer training programs, on-boarding application use training can be confusing.
