I have been working at Salesforce full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The company culture of giving back cannot be beat. It's an incredibly supportive place to work and you get time off to volunteer; one of the best benefits there can be.

    Cons

Lack of diversity in management, especially C-Suite. Retention of people of color is appalling. It's hard to find a person of color who is an a management-level or higher position.

Thanks for your thoughtful review, and for your feedback on how we can move forward together. We elevated Equality to be a core value at Salesforce because we want to make sure that all employees feel seen, heard, valued and included regardless of their age, race or ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation or religious affiliation. If you're comfortable, and you feel there are valuable insights you'd like to share in this area, I'd recommend that you connect with your Employee Success Business Partner directly. The best ideas on how we can improve often come from passionate and loyal employees like you. Thank you for your 3 years of service to the company, it's greatly appreciated!

I have been working at Salesforce full-time for less than a year

    Pros

For me it's a pro to be able to work with Salesforce products all day because they are great products and it makes my days easier. GREAT OPPORTUNITIES. Good pay. Free Salesforce training and certifications Discounts PTO Relaxed environment Easy people

    Cons

Since I'm in support, full remote work is not allowed and with all the riots going on in the cities and the virus, I wish more than ever to be allowed to work remote 100% of the time.

I have been working at Salesforce full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Decent benefits, awesome technology, pioneered SaaS, like my teammates

    Cons

Been here well over 10 years. Used to be my dream job. Now it’s just a job. Plan to retire in a few years or else I’d been running for the door. We used to chase Oracle (the enemy). With all the former ORCL leadership that has joined SFSC we have become the enemy. Senior sales management has little respect from the sales teams. They manage up, make you fabricate false forecasts, belittle you, treat you like chattel. Some execs have multiple harassment issues filed with HR, yet they not only remain they are promoted. I once called HR for the potential need for a FMLA and was informed that Salesforce was an “employment at will” company. Seriously, where’s the Ohana. Fortunately I didn’t require the FMLA. I’ve pulled a lot of punches in this review out of respect for the Salesforce I used to know and luv. Said enough...
