Pros
- Great company, great product - everyone is working towards the same goal - Lots of upward growth opportunity in the sales organization. BDRs that have been promoted to AEs have been very successful - Access to every single executive and full support from the rest of the organization for anything sales needs - Young drinking culture, but also very welcoming to anyone who isn't excited about the keg - Once you've proved yourself to be self-sufficient, the micromanaging actually stops, and it's great.
Cons
- It's sales. It's always going to be a little tough sometimes. Nothing bad to say about the support and training I've received to overcome the challenges, though.
