Pros

Becoming full time after working 32 hours a week for a month. Can switch to another department after 6 months. Can access insurance if you meet the 32 hours a week.

Cons

If you aren't buddy buddy with management, then you won't get acknowledged by them for the work you put in. They will have times where overtime is approved but by the end of the pay week, they will say they need to cut hours and send people home. Management mentions they would like feedback about comments, concerns, or ideas but when you propose anything they don't consider or try to understand where you are coming from.

Pros

The pay is good and so are the benefits.

Cons

This is the worst job I have ever had. I made it 3 weeks before leaving and never coming back. They had me working 12 hour shifts when I was scheduled for 8 but couldn’t leave because I wasn’t finished with the large workload they piled on me. There was absolutely no teamwork, our manager just abandoned us so they could go hang out with their friends. There was no organization, no structure. 100% sure my manager never even knew my name. They had us breaking down pallets just to restack them. There are no consequences for management at all, they can basically do whatever they want and nobody is gonna do anything to stop it. If they're short they throw you into different departments with no training.
