Pros

The job is not hard. The hardest part is probably dealing with customers. Managers and supervisors are very nice and give you feedback right away. They are very flexible with your availability and schedules.

Cons

When the store is busy, it takes a long time to get a manager to help you out with an issue. There does not seem to be any movement within the company for promotions.

Pros

The pay is good and so are the benefits.

Cons

This is the worst job I have ever had. I made it 3 weeks before leaving and never coming back. They had me working 12 hour shifts when I was scheduled for 8 but couldn’t leave because I wasn’t finished with the large workload they piled on me. There was absolutely no teamwork, our manager just abandoned us so they could go hang out with their friends. There was no organization, no structure. 100% sure my manager never even knew my name. They had us breaking down pallets just to restack them. There are no consequences for management at all, they can basically do whatever they want and nobody is gonna do anything to stop it. If they're short they throw you into different departments with no training.
