      Environnement stimulant, espaces de travail superbes, avantages sociaux multiples (CE, beaucoup de vacances, mutuelle incroyable), salaires et bonus compétitifs, actions, PEE très performant, bref difficile de trouver mieux!

      Cons

      Stratégie de l'entreprise trop centrée court terme et sur les actionnaires. Malheureusement, c'est la dérive du système financier actuel.

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
