      the best reason to work for sanofi is the vacation time (4 weeks for a new employee), and the benefits package

      Cons

      no confidence in the sales reports/numbers means that you really have no idea if the bonus you are being paid is commensurate with what you really sold

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
