      Very well organized, everybody is clear what to do and by when.

      Cons

      Almost military structure, hierarchy is most important and it is very hard to reach anyone from top management. A lot of red tape is time consuming and it is taking a lot of energy... In some cases, top affiliate mangers have got no experience in business that they run.

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
