      Good vacation time offered, mediocre medical

      Cons

      No diversity of age employment. A 30 and younger company, This company seeks only to hire college educated and they leave fast. Anyone over 50 wont advance. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Management does not care to learn processes, and complaints go unheard. Good ol boys club bordering on discrimination. Not for someone who wants a long career. Turn over is high.

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
