Excellent benefits....some work-life flexibility depending upon your manager....flex hours....In general, if you have a great manager, your development within the organization is possible
Cons
The performance management program continually changes; talent management as a whole is a joke! Performance increases are totally given to top management...senior management does not have a clue how to communicate..the same people get promoted...and a decision can't be made unless many different people get involved cross functionally.
