Decent company with poor management in many departments - Anonymous employee Sanofi Employee Review

There is waaaay too much favoritism and nepotism. I've seen many, many good people let go or not promoted. Even if you worked hard and long hours, and obtained results, you would be put in the bottom of the bucket at review time because a certain percentage had to go there, no matter what each year. People that were promoted were not qualified, had poor management skills, and even worse people skills! Many times, they didn't promote from within.
