Very toxic environment. Long-time employees sabotage newly hired employees. Very outdated mentality and no support from managers. Managers have the titles but not the skills. No coaching, zero accountability, and no team spirit. The organization should be completely restructured. Several “shelf” positions, lots of managers and no employees reporting to them
