      Great company People Oriented If you life close to a bigger center, lots of opportunities to grow Great history Can learn a lot, even without formal education A lot of passionate people leading the company

      If far from big center, growing may be limited Some people do not understand the culture Torn between changing (adapting) vs. maintaining current practices. Things can happen either too fast, or too slow...
