      Poor Management BEWARE!! - Machine Operator Saputo Employee Review

      Pros

      Good starting pay Fast-paced with a variety of positions during a shift

      Cons

      Constantly running understaffed, going on 4+ years. Overtime is mandatory and it's 6 days a week. HR does NOT tell new hires this! The only opportunity for advancement is seniority based. Many unqualified employees holding higher positions. Poor trainers for new hires and upgrade positions alike. Severe favoritism experienced with management. If you need FMLA and use it, you will become a target.
