Pros

Working as a customer service always pleases me. I am an honest, assuring people who enjoys helping others. I always have a smile on my face even when i get sometimes put off.

Cons

Some people might be off. I might be distracted by some dishonest or mean people. I know for sure most customers are ok with me.
