Toxic maintenance manager - Maintenance Scotts Miracle-Gro Employee Review

The current maintenance manager is toxic. He shows favoritism towards certain people while others are treated as less than, Scotts east maintenance used to be a great place to work, but the new manager who has taken over has made moral the lowest that it's ever been. Numerous complaints have been lodged against him, but nothing comes of it. I used to love it here. Now I dread coming in every day.
