Pros
The benefits that the company offers its associates is OK when compared to similar employers. Sears does listen to its employes when items are brought to the attention of Human Resources. Sears complies with OSHA and ISO standards very seriously.
Cons
It is very business like. It does not have the family feeling that small companies afford. Employees that know how to "work" the system at Sears can make it very difficult for other associates to get their work completed. At times it can be like a government agency.
