Pros
The mid-level management is competent and recognizes that due to the company's situation it's necessary to give people the opportunity to expand their skills and find new opportunities. Management is open about the company's problems, and it's rather refreshing.
Cons
The compensation package that was offered wasn't even close to what I had been offered elsewhere. To be honest, I only accepted the job because it was in Chicago and I had been unemployed for ten months prior.
