First time job recommendation but dont commit for the long term. - Security Supervisor/Officer SecurAmerica Employee Review

Very low pay ($10 base pay). Supervisor pay ($11-$12). Not much opportunity to move up within the company unless you have a bachelors degree pertaining to the field. Management doesn't really back their officers as much, it's pretty much all about the client. The company very rarely gives raises, I've been here 5yrs and haven't received a raise (still making $10). Management talks about giving opportunity but doesn't put their words to action.
