      Good Pay and great co-workers and of course most of us enjoy working with patients/residents.

      Cons

      Too many new rules, it seemed like every week there was something new.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
