      Pros

      Love helping people, this isn't a job its a career and that career is getting the opportunity to help seniors make life decisions about their health care. So while it may be a sales job I don't look at it that way. I'm helping people all day ever day. My co-workers are absolutely amazing, management is very laid back as long as we are hitting our numbers and even if not they are always there for you. We have several other departments making us the largest Medicare Advisory Firm in the US.

      Cons

      The emotional feeling at the end of the enrollment period where someone misses their enrollment. Other than that are no con's I can think of with this company. It's the mot amazing company I've ever worked for, its like a family environment, and management always has your bck!

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
