      The company has good management and provide more opportunities for employees to get promotion.

      Cons

      The 401K match provided by employer is a little bit low.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
