      Good insurance and pay...

      Cons

      The VP's don't talk, make you feel unimportant and one person will shush you like a librarian. She will also pass off her work to other people instead of learning something new and cuss you out at your own desk and make you cry in the bathroom. NO room for advancement, you're stuck!

      Pros

      Any Pro I would have is outwaited by the overall negative experience.

      Cons

      A firehose of false leads. The people calling in think they are calling in for a food card. There is no food card. They expect you to change their Medicare plan after they called in under false pretenses.
